CERTIFICATION COURSES

To ensure your successful participation in the course we want you to familiarize yourself with certain relevant topics prior to your first day in class.
When you register for a course, you will specify which method of delivery you would like to prepare for the theoretical portion of the course (Home Study/Online). You will be sent a package which includes either the Home Study materials or the Online Login information necessary to access the Academy’s Online Portal. Students can begin studying for the theoretical portion of the course at any time.
The Home Study/Online portion will take you approximately 30 hours to complete. You will be expected to complete the Home Study/Online or Online program prior to the first day of class.
Certificate
Upon successful completion*, participants will receive a certificate stating they are certified to perform Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder Technique) and Complete Decongestive Therapy. CEU's are available. (* A written and a practical final exam are part of every class)
Continuing Education Credits (CEU's)
The Accelerated Hybrid Online Program (AHOP) meets the educational pre-requisites to complete the Lymphology Association of North America (LANA®) certification (for more information visit www.clt-lana.org), and is approved for CEUs by the Florida Physical Therapy Association, the Illinois Physical Therapy Association, the Texas Physical Therapy Association, AOTA, and NCBTMB.
The Academy of Lymphatic Studies strives to make sure that all therapists are trained to the highest standards, and all courses are recognized internationally.
